Travel Smiles™ One-Sleep-Visit Program

People have traveled from all over the world to have their dentistry done at the Blende Dental Group.  Our new Travel Smiles™ Program makes traveling here easier and more affordable than ever! Membership in our free Travel Smiles Program provides you with the following complimentary services:

• Travel Credit:  A travel credit for a percentage off of your total treatment plan may be provided to help you pay for your travel to our office for treatment. This includes any travel-related expense for yourself and one companion including, flight, hotel, transportation service, parking, and gasoline!  Complete details and restrictions provided in your free membership kit.
• Preferred Scheduling:  Our schedule is often booked weeks in advance.  But as a Travel Smiles  Program member, you will receive priority appointment scheduling, and we will do our best to work around your schedule.  
• Personal Coordinator:  You will be assigned a Sedation Care Coordinator who will be your beginning to end point-of-contact.  Your Coordinator will assist you to gather information for your free phone consultation before you travel, work with our Dentists and Dental Specialists to plan your treatment, make financial arrangements, answer insurance questions, provide travel recommendations and help with anything else you may need.
• Local Information-Gathering Referral:  Your coordinator will arrange for you to obtain current full-mouth x-rays and/or an oral examination from an x-ray lab or a qualified periodontist in your area.  The information will then be sent to our office so that we can provide you with an estimated treatment plan BEFORE you travel.
• Free Phone Consultation:  After your treatment plan is developed, you will have a free phone consultation with one of our Dentists to review their findings and discuss your estimated treatment plan (from step 4).
• Travel Recommendations:  Your Coordinator can provide you with recommendations for local services (including transportation services for disabled and companion services), lodging and even things to do in San Francisco.
• Free Initial In-Office Examination and Consultation:  (valued at $275).  During the initial in-office visit, you will have the opportunity to meet the Dentists and your Coordinator, have an examination and consultation and work together to determine your treatment plan.  
• Free Custom Bleaching Trays and Bleach:  During your visit, we will take an impression of your teeth and fabricate a custom bleaching tray for you (valued at $350).
