
David M. Blende, DDS
Dr. David Blende is a graduate of the University of Southern California with more than 20 years experience providing comprehensive dental care in both hospitals and private practices in Switzerland, Beverly Hills and San Francisco. He has focused on aesthetic crown and bridge work and complex dental rehabilitation cases using general anesthesia in a hospital setting. In addition to the organizations above that he currently serves, Dr. Blende has also served as the Chairman of the California Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affairs and Research as the President of the French Foundation for Medical Research and Education.

Dr. Erica Haskett, DDS
Dr. Erica Haskett received her doctor of dental surgery degree from New York University. Originally from the Central Valley, Dr. Haskett attended University of California, Irvine and majored in biological sciences. She completed her post-graduate training with a general practice residency in dentistry at Community Regional Medical Center of Fresno, California and the Veterans’ Administration, Fresno where she received extensive training to treat geriatric, disabled, and special needs patients. She joined Blende Dental Group where she leads a team in complex restorative care in the hospital and office settings for special needs patients.

Cheryl E. Elacio, DMD
Dr. Cheryl Elacio is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2005. She then went on to complete a general practice residency at Saint Francis Hospital in Connecticut, where she received advanced training in the treatment of special needs and medically compromised patients.

Dr. Michael Lam, M.D.
Dr. Lam is a board certified physician anesthesiologist with over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of practice settings. He attended Occidental College in Los Angeles graduating with a degree in chemistry, received his medical degree from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana, and completed his medical specialty training in anesthesiology at Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto. Dr. Lam’s experience includes the delivery of anesthetic care for all major surgical subspecialties including cardiac, neuro, high-risk obstetrical, pediatric, spinal cord, burn, major orthopedic and multiple trauma surgery.
